For over ten years, Glasgow-based independent radio station, art collective and festival Radiophrenia has been seeking out new ways to use radio as an artform.

Their annual short-run audio exhibitions on FM and online, weeklong 24/7 broadcasts blending live music, spoken word, experimental audio, sound art and other sonic adventures, have gained them a cult following. Radiophrenia will install a vintage radio within Pollok House to broadcast selections from their archives – radical sounds rerouted through from one of Glasgow’s historic centres, transmitting far out into the future.
