Ida Toninato is a saxophone player and a composer. Her artistic practice is deployed in the creation of hybrid, electronic, instrumental and interactive sound universes. Her most recent album, We Become Giants (Dragon’s Eye Recordings), was composed entirely in the water tank-turned-studio at the Tank Center for Sonic Arts in Colorado. Her collaborations lead her into the world of cinema, contemporary and improvised music, as well as ambient music. Toninato has performed in North America, Brazil, Japan and Europe. She works mainly as a solo artist or alongside violist/composer Jennifer Thiessen and composer/video artist Pierre-Luc Lecours.

Pierre-Luc Lecours is a composer, sound and video artist based in Montréal. His artistic practice covers many different mediums and aesthetics, ranging from music to video and performance.
